Hi Brenda - I just read your Practitioner Spotlight article, and wow!  You are doing such great work.  I am so proud of you!  You know, my great-grandmother was a midwife near Cardston, Alberta in the late 1800's.  She was guided by spirit, as you are.  In a day with no phones and no internet, and no automobiles, she knew from those little whisperings when one of the 'patients' needed her, and often in the middle of winter, in the middle of the night, when there was a knock on her door, she was already sitting in her rocking chair with her buffalo robe on, ready to go.  I will never think of her again without thinking of you.  God bless you, my dear.  You are doing a wonderful work, and the ripple effects from your work will go on and on and never end.
