Hi Brenda, thank you for a really interesting and surprising session.  We began by agreeing how useful it might be for us to for us to work on my body now that I am fairly well recovered from shingles.  I think I mentioned neuralgia as the main symptom.  How ever we did we arrive at connecting with my grandmother?!  All became clear when I was asked to be mediator between her and my mother.  Something had happened and although both are now passed, it felt like they needed to make peace on an issue.  We tuned into addictive heart energy and as you worked it became abundantly clear how my maternal line, that continues to my daughters and a granddaughter has been affected - by (addictively) trying hard!  We opened up the line of healing between these ancestors, then it was lovely to feel myself stretching (with ease, so not trying!) on the shingles side of my body.  It felt great.  Just to say that one of my daughters Skyped in while we were busy - a great sign of synchronicity.  Thanks, Brenda.  I feel relieved of trying too hard myself now.  Change is coming    www.julieannemullan.com
