What a treat to have a picture with one of my favorites, Wayne Dyer at the Hayhouse Conference in Vancouver a few years ago. I was elated to meet in Wayne in person. Thrilled beyond and back!

“So you think, so shall you be”
In the presentation, Wayne further said, that when something that is offensive to you, were you were hurt, anger, bitter and then say “it is because of what they said” truth is “what is inside, if you don’t like it, you can change it”.
To further illustrate this, Wayne threw an orange into the audience. I was located approximately 10 rows about, centre of the stage. People were jumping out of their seats, holding out their hands in hopes to catch the prized orange. I on the other hand, not exactly athletic by any stretch of the imagination, sat in my chair. To my shock, the orange glided towards me and plopped into my lap. The orange was a simple metaphor – that when you squeeze the orange, as hard as you, only orange juice comes out – not apple juice – but orange juice.
“No matter what you do to the outside, the inside will always come out, it is the true self”.
